First chance would to correctly identify the scene, which can be done easily by going to the Brazzers website, look for the name of the actress, list all of her scenes and find it there, just like this:
Then you could use that information to find the scene on the web, just like this:

As for the latter question, Brazzers scenes can be found on many sites. Streams easily, downloads depending on the release date of the scene, in this case almost 7 years ago. So it's no wonder it's not available on every site because they usually focus on the new stuff.
